2008 May > Guelph Chamber Choir: Haydn's Creation The Guelph Chamber Choir performed Haydn's Creation at River Run Centre at the end of March. Conducted by Gerald Neufeld, the concert featured Marion Samuel-Stevens (soprano), Albert Greer (tenor), Geoffrey Sirett (bass) and the Musica Viva Orchestra with period instruments. Creation was composed in 1798 at the height of Haydn's creative genius. It recounts the Biblical creation story with love duets of Adam and Eve based on Milton's Paradise Lost.
