2008 March > Hopewell Children's Homes Anniversary To celebrating 25 years of supporting people with disabilities and their families, Hopewell Children's Home in Ariss threw a birthday party for family members, staff and volunteers. John & Joanne Oosterhuis started Hopewell from their farmhouse in 1983 and it has since expanded several times, and grown to include two other facilities in Guelph: Stephanie Home & Playsense Activity Centre. Hopewell is also launching 'The Campaign of Hope' to raise $200,000 for capital improvements and a new therapeutic swimming pool. To learn more or make a contribution please call 519-836-9641.
