Manulife Walk for Memories
In late January at Old Quebec Street Mall, the Alzheimer Society of Guelph-Wellington hosted its annual Manulife Walk for Memories, which raised funds to support local programs and services for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or related dementias, and their caregivers and families. While it was cold and windy outside, walkers inside the mall were warm and comfortable as music, refreshments and fun activities kept the walk fun for young and old. Teams in matching costumes walked for a great cause, and had a superb time doing it. For info about the Alzheimer Society, please visit www.alzheimer.guelph.org
