Olympic Torch Relay
The much-anticipated Olympic Torch Relay finally came through Guelph on the morning of December 28th. The streets were lined with well-wishers who cheered the runners on. And despite an altercation between one runner and a group of protesters, the flame was kept alight as it made its way past City Hall and then up Wyndham Street and Eramosa Road to Erin. Let the Games begin!
